images (5)The Renaissance in the Europe played a significant role in knowing the human being of the century. It is with the advent of the new reformation that the complex subject “Human Being” has become the deep study of the philosophers, scientists, laureates and psychologists to a great extent. This beautiful creation of the supernatural has been bestowed to live on the earth and bring in the peace and harmony to the generation. A golden era started when human beings regained their sense and walked a long path from the ancient age to that of the modern age. Science and technology has changed the modern standard of living in terms of the amenities, but the communication system has remained the same as that of the primitive. We can furthermore add that science and technology has become a great medium for the process of communication from one part of the corner of earth to another. It is the ethics that has never changed, a mere name has evolved as “Soft Skill”, which has changed the entire scenario of each and every institution or organization or home.

Soft Skill and Ethics

  1. 1.     Child

The first institution where a child learns the first lesson of soft skill is the home, where the parents nurture them, to make him/her suitable, lovable among the neighbors. Innocence plays an important part in the attraction towards a child. From the inception a child is taught how to talk, eat and behave. It is always the parents that guide the child to follow and follow set of rules that has been set by the society, culture of a particular country. A child when fights with any other child is either scolded or made to understand of its ill effects as he or she will create a bad image in the society. It is in the prime of a human being to create an identity of him or her. It is the human being who always suffers from the identity crisis, which results in the anti social activities. With the growing of the child, he/ she learns to communicate with others, gets admitted to a school, where the teachers play an important role to educate and infuse them with ethics of a Good Samaritan. It is the teacher that transforms the second guide of a child to bliss him/her to the path of humanity of ethics. Similarly a child too reacts and learns the concept of good and follows the guru according to the values.

Guru Brahma Gurur Vishnu
Guru Devo Maheshwaraha
Guru Saakshat Para Brahma
Tasmai Sree Gurave Namaha

Guru is verily the representative of Brahma, Vishnu and Shiva. He creates, sustains knowledge and destroys the weeds of ignorance. I salute such a Guru.

  1. 2.     Youth

The most vital part of the upbringing of a child is tested or proved when he/she has turned in to youth, a journey where everyone after facing the hurdles of life has sprung up to be a human being of great values. The youth is filled with a great knowledge and energy to conquer the world at one blow. Each and every country needs the youth for the growth of the nation, who shall strive to develop and bring in the harmony culturally, economically, politically and scientifically. Thousands and thousands of youth contribute to the development of the country by devoting themselves in the field of research and development. It is the initial period when a youth can be specially trained to deal with the situations that come forward both as an opportunity or hindrance. It is the youth who sometimes break, but regains and rises from the ash again to win the world.

Arise, awake and stop not till the goal is reached.

                                            Swami Vivekananda

It is during this initial period the young ignited minds do face the real world of earning for their living. Any bad vibes or lack of soft skill dwindles the opportunity to reach a place for the sustenance. Many a time students of vernacular medium do face problems of speaking in English. It is to be highlighted that most of the interviews do take place in English, which sometimes is a havoc who is not efficient in the language. The problem can be solved by learning English through different techniques of reading newspapers, conversing and practicing with others about certain topics or daily conversation like starting with What is your name?. Apart from that, the most important part is the inclusion of ethics and integrity. A candidate who lacks the elements of soft skill is usually not selected for the job.

Personality

Personality plays a vital role in the recognition of a human being; we have different personalities who have put different definition of both the good and bad. Personality comes from the deep corner of the heart, when he/she is confident enough to tackle the situation. Knowledge plays a key role in developing the personality. Right from the early childhood as told above the values and ethics helps in the formation of personality. Different sectors of the industry, organization and institution do appoint personalities to handle a task without any risk.

“Live as if you were to die tomorrow. Learn as if you were to live forever”. – Gandhi

The personality is such an instrument where the devil is forcibly hidden with exotic charm of softness.

Ancient scriptures have given very brave instances of how a man can be transformed to a superhuman with great qualities. The Bhagavad Gita is one among many where perfect examples of winning the job has been given through the three simple golden ways.  Knowledge, Work and Love or dedication.

Knowledge:  An essential element for doing any work. A manager or anyone with perfect knowledge will be more efficient in doing the work at a very quick pace. If the superior is filled with knowledge then the ones working under can do the job with full satisfaction and shall gain the confidence of working under the person. It also will prove to be a good willed one where a joint venture will come for the betterment of the society.

Work: Working without knowledge is never fruitful; both are interconnected with each other. Any transcendental idea cannot be cannot come into existence unless there is a work for the materialism in it. Working on the subject plan by all the sub ordinates shall put the force into action and a new result will be there for the benefit of the society and the country.

Love or dedication: A dedicated worker or one who has full dedication in the work to be done will definitely take the assured shape. The love or dedication for a piece of work shall definitely transform the result to a great height, where a day’s labor shall not go in vain. A love or dedication for the institution, organization and its work is definitely a great task of growth.

Conclusion : Finally to conclude it is easy to say that following the above shall definitely bring in good Samaritan in a human being, but a country like India has the maximum number of poverty, where due to malnutrition and without proper education tends to move in a different direction of ills and anti socialism. The Govt of India has come up with some great yojanas, but how many are really helpful with those acts and regulations. India a great country with a diversified unity in it, filled in with the lush green fauna, but the great epidemic the black hand of poverty has made the majority crippled and the population explosion has wiped out many resourceful resources to oblivion. It should be our task to come forward and eradicate the evils of the society to bring in the superhuman from each humans, only then shall we be able to play the lyre of sweetness and drink in the nectar of proud rich culture of the country.
